Our client require a Sales Associate to join our shops in London area.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing the highest level of service to ensure all customers have an exceptional shopping experience
• Consistently meet/exceed the personal Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) set by the Boutique Manager
• Maintain excellent personal product knowledge
• Support in-Boutique and external customer events
• Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards throughout the Boutique
• Assist in upholding excellent housekeeping standards throughout the Boutique, back office and staff area
• Effectively use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process all transactions without error
• Offer & provide product demonstrations to all customers
• Offer & serve refreshments on weekends and at special events
• Assist in unpacking and checking off of new stock deliveries
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements for the role:

• Desirable experience includes a successful background in selling and customer service and good knowledge of the beauty industry.
