Mechanical Design Engineer/机械设计工程师

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design of rail transit door systems, including but not limited to technical responses, concept design, schematic design, and engineering drawing design.
2. Collaborate with the international design team to develop the rail transit door systems, continuously optimizing designs to enhance product performance and reliability.
3. Work with international project teams to ensure that design solutions meet customer needs, safety standards, and company quality requirements.
4. Analyze and resolve technical issues encountered in design, manufacturing, and service processes, providing professional technical support.
5. Prepare and maintain related technical documentation to ensure the integrity and traceability of technical files.
6. Participate in cross-departmental collaboration, communicating and coordinating with procurement, production, and quality control departments to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions.
7. Keep abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends in rail transit door systems, providing innovative design ideas for the company.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

4. 负责分析解决设计、制造和服务过程中出现的技术问题，提供专业的技术支持。
5. 编制和维护相关技术文件，确保技术文件完整性和可追溯性。
6. 参与跨部门协作，与采购、生产、质量控制等部门沟通协调，确保设计方案的顺利实施。
7. 跟踪最新的轨道交通门系统技术和行业发展趋势，为公司提供创新设计思路。
8. 完成公司安排的其他工作。

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
2. Proficient in mechanical design principles with at least three years of experience leading electromechanical project designs; candidates with experience in rail transit door system design and some electrical knowledge will be given preference.
3. Knowledgeable about European and international rail transit standards; familiarity with rail transit door system standards is preferred.
4. Proficient in mechanical design software such as SolidWorks, CAD.
5. Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
6. Excellent analytical, judgment, and problem-solving abilities, capable of independently handling project design tasks.
7. Good oral and written communication skills in English; ability to effectively communicate with international teams; candidates with Chinese language skills will be given preference.
8. Willing to travel internationally and able to handle the challenges of time differences and cultural differences.

任职要求：

1. 机械工程、机电一体化或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 熟悉机械设计原理，至少3年以上主导机电项目设计经验，有轨道交通门系统设计经验、具备一定电气知识者优先。
3. 了解欧洲、国际等轨道交通标准规范，熟悉轨道交通门系统标准者优先。
4. 精通SolidWorks、 CAD等机械设计软件。
5. 良好的沟通交流能力和团队合作精神。
6. 优秀的分析、判断和解决问题的能力，能够独立承担项目设计任务。
