As a Head of Sales, you will collaborate with CEO to define overall global sales strategy and implement a company wide go to market plan including new international markets. You will have to:
- Develop and implement annual sales plans in order to increase turnover, operational objectives and reach a profitable level.
- Work with marketing and corporate communication team to develop compelling advertising solutions based on the company's business strengths.
- Build, manage and monitor global telecom sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction, expand our customer base and build strong relationships with key clients.
- Ensure financial and business objectives are reached and manage the profit and loss.
- Analyse sales performance, trends, progress and results.
- Minimum of 8/10 years of sales experience is telco vertical, with at least 3/5 years of experience in management of sales teams.
- Relationship with senior management.
- A manager profile able to build an effective strategy, communicate and analyse.
- Perfect knowledge on the market and the needs of potential customers.
- Ability to drive the sales and a technology oriented profile.
- A Bachelor degree in Engineering is mandatory. An MBA would be preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese Mandarin, English and French.
